Ingredients:

1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder.

Method of preparations:

Combine all the ingredients in order to make a thick paste. If you have sensitive skin dilute or omit lemon in such cases, add more honey to the mixture.

Also this mask is not recommended to people suffering some vascular conditions, such as rosacea or telangiectasia, because honey widens blood vessels. In this case honey can be replaced with green or white clay, in the same proportion.

Instructions:

Apply the paste to the face, and avoid the areas around the mouth and eyes. Leave it to act for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
